NBTC Group is hiring for multiple positions for the Equate Turnaround Project in Kuwait. Below is a detailed list of roles, requirements, salaries, and qualifications:
- Manager – Construction (Mechanical)
- No. of Requirements: 3
- Salary: 1400–1500 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 10 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects.
- Engineer – Planning
- No. of Requirements: 4
- Salary: 1100–1300 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 6–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.
- Engineer – Site (Mechanical)
- No. of Requirements: 4
- Salary: 1100 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of engineering standards and codes (ASME, API) is essential.
- Engineer QA/QC – (Mechanical)
- No. of Requirements: 1
- Salary: 1100 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of Quality Control Management System (API, ASME, LEVEL II, CSWIP 3.1) is required.
- Inspector QA/QC (Piping)
- No. of Requirements: 4
- Salary: 550–600 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical (ITI) with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of Quality Control System and approved certifications (CSWIP) are required.
- Supervisor – Structural
- No. of Requirements: 8
- Salary: 550–600 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical (ITI) with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects.
- Supervisor – Piping
- No. of Requirements: 16
- Salary: 550–600 KWD
- Experience: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical (ITI) with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects.
- Supervisor – Painting

- Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ITI) with 5–8 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Turnaround project experience is preferred.
- Supervisor – HSE

- Material Coordinator

- Store Keeper

- Experience: Diploma in Engineering/Any Degree with 4–6 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of material control using SAP software is required.
- Foreman – Rigging (QP)

- Experience: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry, including turnaround projects. Knowledge of construction rigging activities is essential.
