Job Overview: Roles at Naffco Dubai – Chassis Manufacturing Division
Naffco Dubai is seeking talented professionals for the following positions:
1. Auto Electricians (AED 1200–3000)
- Experience: Expertise in control unit installation, CAN BUS, J1939 & J1708 circuits installation.
- Responsibilities: Install and maintain electrical systems in vehicles.
2. Mechanics (Diesel/Hydraulic) (AED 1200–2700)
- Experience: Knowledge of pneumatic brake systems, electrical components, transmission, axles, transfer case, and shafts.
- Responsibilities: Repair and maintain diesel and hydraulic systems.
3. Spray Painters (Automobile) (AED 2000–3500)
- Responsibilities: Paint vehicle chassis and components with precision.
4. Fabricators (AED 1200–3000)
- Specializations: Truck/bus body, sheet metal, structural fabrication.
- Responsibilities: Fabricate and assemble vehicle components.
5. Machine Operators (AED 1500–3000)
- Specializations: Waterjet/shot blasting.
- Responsibilities: Operate machinery for chassis manufacturing and assembly.
6. Jr. Engineers (AED 2500–4000)
- Specializations: Chassis manufacturing/assembly.
- Responsibilities: Support chassis production and assembly processes.
7. Sr. Frame Design Engineers (AED 5000–8000)
- Experience: Technical knowledge of chassis, structures, frames, and casting.
- Responsibilities: Lead design and development of chassis frameworks.
8. Research & Development Engineers (AED 5000–5900)
- Experience: Expertise in truck design and automotive soldering.
- Responsibilities: Innovate and develop new chassis designs.
9. Technical Documentation Specialists (AED 3700–5500)
- Experience: Automotive experience, create/maintain technical documentation.
- Responsibilities: Work with design teams to document processes.
10. BOC Controllers (AED 2500–3700)
- Skills: Oracle & Excel proficiency.
- Responsibilities: Create detailed product descriptions.
11. Project Engineers (AED 5000–7500)
- Experience: Automotive manufacturing knowledge, engineering principles.
- Responsibilities: Manage project documentation and execution.
12. Project Administrators (AED 3700–5000)
- Responsibilities: Ensure all project records are up-to-date.
13. Process Engineers (AED 3000–5000)
- Responsibilities: Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
