Exciting Opportunity: Bakery Operations Executive – Oman
We are hiring a highly experienced Bakery Operations Executive to oversee multiple retail bakery locations across Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of multi-unit foodservice or retail management experience, with expertise in Khoobs/Lebnani Bread Plant Operations and bakery supply chain management.
Key responsibilities include maintaining product quality, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing company standards, and enhancing customer experience—all while upholding food safety and fostering employee engagement.
Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years in multi-unit foodservice/retail management
✅ Experience in bakery operations and supply chain
✅ Knowledge of Khoobs/Lebnani Bread Plant Operations
✅ Oman Driving License (preferable)
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Inventory systems
✅ Ability to travel between store locations
