Civil Staff Requirements
- Project Manager
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 20 years, including GCC.
- Skills: Oman experience preferred, strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Construction Manager
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 15 years, including GCC.
- Skills: Oman experience preferred.
- Project Coordinator
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 10 years, including GCC.
- Skills: Expertise in material approvals, shop drawings, and client/consultant coordination.
- Project Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 10 years, including GCC.
- Skills: Expertise in site construction works.
- Site Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: Minimum 7 years.
- Skills: Oman/GCC experience preferred.
- Senior Planning Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: Total 12 years, with expertise in planning (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
- Planning Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: Total 10 years, with expertise in Primavera, MS Project, and reporting.
- Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Experience: 6 to 8 years, minimum 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor.
MEP Staff Requirements
- Project Manager
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 15 years, including GCC.
- Skills: Oman experience preferred, strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years, including GCC.
- Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years, including GCC.
