Available Job Positions :
HVAC Technician (30 Positions)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field in an FM company (India or UAE)
- ITI, Diploma, or B-Tech in Engineering
- Can write reports of service delivery
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems
- Perform emergency repairs in a timely and effective manner
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis
- Daily logs and records of all maintenance functions are kept
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Can handle work on split, package, FCU, VRV, VRF, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, AHU, FAHU, etc.
- Base electrical and plumbing works to be carried out
Multi-Technician (HVAC, Electrical & Plumber) (10 Positions)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field in an FM company (India or UAE)
- ITI, Diploma, LV, SMDE, BDI Panel repairing, and component replacement with cable dressing works
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring issues, and short circuit rectification
- Knowledge of all kinds of sanitary fittings and plumbing (pumps, switches, breakers, fittings, etc.)
- Repairing and replacement of all kinds of sanitary fittings and pipes
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Can handle work on split, package, FCU, VRV, VRF, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, AHU, FAHU, etc.
MEP Supervisor (5 Positions)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field in an FM company (UAE)
- Diploma, B, B-Tech in Engineering
- Prepare the technical report and initial snag inspection report
- Manual UAE driving license required
