Shella Consultants is hiring for a variety of roles for the QCON-Qatar shutdown project. Here’s what’s available:
- Lead Worker
Oversee operations and ensure project milestones are met. - Mechanical Foreman
Manage mechanical tasks with expertise in shutdown projects. - Electrical Foreman
Handle electrical systems and maintenance during the shutdown. - Instrument Foreman
Oversee instrumentation tasks with precision. - Civil Foreman
Manage civil works for the shutdown project. - Piping Foreman
Lead piping operations with shutdown experience. - Fabrication Foreman
Supervise fabrication tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency. - Permit Receiver
Ensure compliance with safety permits and protocols. - Junior Engineer
Support engineering tasks with a focus on shutdown operations. - Fire Watcher / Hole Watcher
Monitor safety during high-risk activities. - Safety Officer (NEBOSH Certified)
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of shutdown experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Degree or Diploma holders are preferred.
- Ability to obtain permits and maintain safety protocols throughout the project.
- Crew must be available at all times until job completion.
