1. O&M Chilled Pump Technician
- Quantity: 06
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in chilled water systems
- Salary Range: 1700 + 200 SAR
2. O&M AHUs/Fans Technician
- Quantity: 44
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in AHU and ventilation systems
- Salary Range: 2100 + 200 SAR
3. Control & BMS Technician
- Quantity: 24
- Experience: 5 years in BMS operations and maintenance
- Salary Range: 2100 + 200 SAR
4. Electrical Technician
- Quantity: 08
- Experience: 5 years in facility maintenance
- Salary Range: 1700 + 200 SAR
5. Maintenance Mechanical Technician
- Quantity: 08
- Experience: 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience
- Salary Range: 1300–1500 SAR
6. Welder
- Quantity: 04
- Certifications/Experience: Welding certification (e.g., 3G/6G), minimum 5 years in maintenance
- Salary Range: 1400 + 200 SAR
