2. Foremen
- Fields: Welding (Structural/Piping), Fabrication (Piping), E&I, Mechanical, Scaffolding
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
3. Chargehand
- Field: Fabrication (Structural)
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
4. Work Preparators
- Fields: B&P, Carpentry, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Welding
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
5. Fabricators
- Fields: Pipe, Structural, Welding
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
6. Fitters
- Fields: Main Engine & Auxiliary Engine, OWS (AUX & Deck Equipment), P/P’s, V/V’s
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
7. Fitters (Mechanical/R&P)
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
8. Technicians
- Fields: Electronics, Balancing, Testing, Rewinding, Lab
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
9. Insulators
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
10. R&P Riggers (Third Party Certified)
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
11. Scaffoldists
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
12. Structural Helpers & Support Trades
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
13. Mechanical Helpers
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
14. E&I Technicians & Support Trades
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
15. Welders
- Certifications: SMAW + FCAW-6G/FCAW-6G
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
16. Operators
- Fields: Gantry & Bridge Crane, Port & Ship-to-Shore Crane, Crawler Crane, Tower Crane, Forklift, Machine (B&P)
- Certifications: Rigger Level – I, II, III (Third Party Certified) for crane operators
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
17. Truck Drivers (Third Party Certified)
- Experience: 5–10 years in shipyard, maritime, or offshore industry
