Available Job Positions :
ITL is seeking experienced candidates for the following positions in a high-rise residential and commercial towers project:
- Senior Architect: 15+ years of experience in high-rise tower projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, and Adobe Suite, with strong knowledge of façade systems, sustainable design, and GCC market experience. Excellent leadership and coordination skills are essential.
- Senior Accountant: 12+ years of experience in real estate or construction. Skilled in budgeting, cost control, SAP/System Finance, and Oracle systems. Strong command of local financial laws, analytical thinking, and proven leadership in accounting team management.
- Chief Financial Officer: Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred) with 15+ years of financial management experience, including 7+ years in senior roles within Saudi/GCC. Expertise in real estate finance, investment evaluation, and ERP systems. Exceptional leadership and bilingual communication skills required.
- Surveying Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Geometrics, or Surveying with 15+ years of experience in land and tower site surveying. Skilled in GPS, Total Station, CAD, and GIS, with high accuracy in data analysis. Strong teamwork, field adaptability, and a valid driving license are required.
