Job Responsibilities :
- Review tender/ITT documents, contracts, and drawings
- Raise technical clarifications
- Prepare MTOs (Material Take-Offs) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from tender documents
- Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), receive quotations, and perform technical-commercial evaluations
- Conduct price comparisons and cost summaries
- Perform price analysis, vendor selection, and tender submission per client requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for final price estimates
Requirements :
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience (preferably in oil/gas projects)
