- Qualifications: B.Tech in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in scaffolding, painting, insulation, and refractory works.
- Skills: Strong communication, technical writing, good health (age ≤ 45), intrinsically safe mobile ownership, and a valid Qatar driving license.
- Responsibilities: Oversee site operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive project excellence.
2. Training Manager
Champion Workforce Development and Safety Excellence
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Education/HR with 10+ years of experience in training strategies, ideally in Oil & Gas.
- Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong training and Microsoft Office skills.
- Responsibilities: Develop training programs, ensure safety standards, and enhance workforce skills.
3. Painting & Insulation Superintendent
Expert in Painting, TSA, and Insulation in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering with 12+ years of experience (5+ years as Superintendent, 3+ in TSA, 2+ in insulation).
- Certifications: NACE/BGAS/FROSIO preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of international codes, isometrics, CMMS (SAP), and safety leadership.
- Responsibilities: Supervise painting and insulation operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
4. Scaffolding Superintendent
Deliver Excellence in Scaffolding Operations and Safety
- Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering with 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years as Superintendent.
- Certifications: CIRIS Gold Card, expert in NASC/BS standards, CMMS (SAP).

5. QC Inspector – Painting
