Available Job Positions :
- Maintenance Supervisors: Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 8+ years of experience, excellent communication, scheduling, and proven ability to manage 50-100 multi-trade personnel
- HVAC Supervisors: Expert in chillers and water systems with 8+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and asset-based spare parts planning
- HVAC Technicians: Diploma holder with 3+ years in AC systems, skilled in split, package, and cassette-type troubleshooting
- Chiller Technicians: HVAC-certified with 5+ years in chiller systems (e.g., York, Zamil), strong troubleshooting and spare parts forecasting skills
- Plumbers: High school diploma, plumbing apprenticeship, and 5+ years of practical experience
- Plumbing Technicians: Technically trained with 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Welders: AWS/ASME-certified with 3+ years of experience and a high school diploma
- Generator Technician/Operator: Vocational graduate with 3+ years in generator troubleshooting across various brands
- BMS Technician: Diploma holder with 3+ years in BMS system troubleshooting and DDC programming (JCI, Honeywell)
- STP Operator: Technically certified in wastewater treatment with 3+ years of experience and safety certifications
- Electrical Technicians: Certified with 5+ years in medium/high voltage systems, ATS, and electrical engineering
- Electrical Engineers: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in FM electrical systems, proficient in generators, ATS, motor controllers, and spare parts planning
- Carpenters: Vocational graduate with 3+ years in carpentry and furniture works
- Civil Supervisors: Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years in site supervision and coordination
- Upholsters: Graduate with 3+ years in upholstery work
- HVAC Foreman: Diploma/degree in HVAC with 5+ years of experience in system troubleshooting and leadership
- Electronics/Telephone Technicians: Associate degree with 3+ years in electronics/telecom systems
- Low Voltage Technicians: Certified with 5+ years in low-voltage systems, fire, and communication setups
- MEP Supervisors: Engineering graduate with 5+ years in MEP systems/facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Civil Technicians: Vocational graduate with 4+ years in civil works and construction
- CCTV Technicians: CCTV-trained with a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience
Requirements :
GCC experience is preferred for all roles.
