- Section Engineers : Piping – (Minimum 12 Yrs. Gulf Experience)
- Site Supervisor Piping (Testing) / Rigging (Commissioning) / Millwright (Commissioning) – (Minimum 8 Yrs. Gulf Experience)
- Site Foremen – Piping (Commissioning) / Millwright
- Foremen – Piping / Hydro testing / Welding
- Charge hand – Piping / Hydro testing / Welding / Millwright / Steel Structural
- Foremen – Millwright
- Millwright Fitter (Commissioning)
- Foremen – Piping / Welding
- Pipe Fabricator
- Rigger (Commissioning) – Third Party Certified
