Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory Overseas Experience in Oil & Gas
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience on shutdown projects (preferably column internals)
- Proven track record in mechanical maintenance, inspection, or safety management
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Engineers & Supervisors: Oversee shutdown activities, ensure compliance with project timelines, manage technical teams, and coordinate with other departments.
- Mechanical Foremen: Supervise on-site staff, allocate resources, and maintain project safety and quality standards.
- Safety Officers: Monitor and implement HSE protocols, conduct safety inspections, and facilitate training sessions for site personnel.
