R&D and QA manager
Role and Responsibilities :
· Develop chemical formulas that meet the needs of the company.
· Find alternative or new raw materials for a better quality.
· Identify requirements for raw materials and specify and submit production guidelines.
· Ensure that the quality control procedures are implemented during every step of the production process.
· Ensure the sufficient QC lab equipment to manage production quality portfolio
· Conduct customer site visits and handle complaints.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor in chemistry, biology or any related field.
Experience not less than 5 years in the field of detergents, disinfectants and soaps production.
