Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years GCC experience in facility management (same position)
- Knowledge in MEP & Civil Work
- Diploma or degree required
- HVAC experience in fire fighting & plumbing (construction)
- Construction field experience
- Certificates: NEBOSH, OSHA, IQSH, Fire Safety
- Saudi Aramco approved (hot and cold permit)
- Experience in construction drawing & fabrication
- Electro-mechanical field experience
