Available Positions and Salaries :
The project is seeking skilled candidates for the following roles:
- HVAC Electrical Supervisor – AED 6,000.00 to 7,000.00/month
- HVAC Technician – AED 2,500.00 to 3,000.00/month
- Planner / Scheduler – AED 5,000.00 to 5,750.00/month
- Electrical Technician – AED 3,250.00 to 3,700.00/month
- HVAC Control Technician – AED 3,500.00 to 4,250.00/month
Job Requirements :
Candidates applying for these roles must meet the following criteria:
- HVAC Electrical Supervisor: Minimum 8 years of experience in switchgears, motor starters, VFDs, VSDs, soft starters, induction motors, drives, circuit breakers (ACB, VCB, etc.), UPS, charger CT, VT, and other electrical components. Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- HVAC Technician: Minimum 8 years of experience in operation & maintenance of HVAC systems (air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, AHU, FCU, DX units, CCU, package units, split & window units). Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Training or HVAC Tradesman Certificate is mandatory.
- Planner / Scheduler: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling jobs, with 2 years in the oil & gas industry. Must have experience in planning jobs using computerized maintenance management systems (CMM/MS) like MAXIMO/SAP and knowledge of HVAC maintenance activities. Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering.
- Electrical Technician: Minimum 8 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical panels, VFDs, VSDs, electric motors & drives, motor starters, circuit breakers, and other electrical components. Qualification: Diploma or Industrial Training or Tradesman Certificate.
- HVAC Control Technician: Minimum 8 years of experience in operation & maintenance of HVAC systems, troubleshooting HVAC control panels (HMI panel), and other instrumentation parts. Must be capable of reading control diagrams, PCBs, PLC/DDC troubleshooting, and programming controllers (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allerton, Johnson Controls, NCE, Carel, Micro control systems). Qualification: Diploma or Industrial Training or Tradesman Certificate.
