Available Job Positions :
- Mechanical / Pipe Fitter:
- ITI Fitter, Minimum 4 years experience as Fitter
- Able to read Technical Drawings
- Boiler Plant Operator:
- ITI in Mechanical, Familiar with Scada Controls and Safety Systems
- 4+ years experience in Boiler/Steam System Operation & Maintenance
- BMS Technician:
- Install & Maintain BMS Hardware/Software (Controllers, Sensors, Actuators)
- Diagnose & Repair System Faults, Wiring Issues
- Diesel Generator Mechanic:
- ITI in Mechanical, 4 years experience in Generator Maintenance
- 2 years experience in a Healthcare Environment
- Water Treatment Technician:
- ITI diploma in mechanical installations or plumbing/pipefitting
- Minimum 5 years experience in domestic/closed-loop water systems
- Minimum 3 years experience in service environment (not construction)
- Understanding of infection prevention and control (ipc) measures
- Control Room/BMS Operator:
- High school diploma or trade certificate (Mechanical, A/C, HVAC)
- Electrical or Civil/Building Trade experience
- 4 years experience, 24/7 service duty in hospital maintenance in a Healthcare Environment
- Medical Gas Technician:
- 4 years in Medical Gas Installation & Service
- 2 years in Health Care Environment
- ELV Technician:
- 3 year Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 4 years experience as ELV Technician
- 2 years experience in Health Care Environment (not construction)
- HVAC Technician:
- ITI Diploma in A/C and Refrigeration
- Minimum 4 years experience as A/C Technician
- Minimum 2 years experience in a health care environment (not in construction)
