- Project Manager
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in facade experience, with 5+ years in a project leadership role on large-scale developments (high-rise, commercial, or iconic buildings).
- Skills: Strong technical understanding of unitized curtain walls systems, structural glazing, ACP, GRC, stone cladding, and architectural metalwork; proven ability to manage complex facade packages under high-pressure deadlines; proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and ideally Revit or BIM tools for facade coordination; PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
- Site Engineer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 3–5 years in facade QA/QC roles on major high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Deep technical knowledge of facade systems (unitized, curtain wall, ACP, cladding, structural glazing, etc.).
- QA/QC Engineer
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent recognized safety certification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in facade or high-rise construction safety.
- Skills: Thorough understanding of facade works hazards and mitigation strategies; knowledge of international safety standards and local safety regulations; experience with cradle systems, scaffolding, MEWPs, and working-at-height protocols.
- Safety Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4–8 years in facade site execution, preferably on high-rise or complex architectural projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of facade systems, installation techniques, tolerances, and waterproofing principles; competency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic construction planning tools.
